I see! new
Every Creature! new
The Medicine Hat!
new
The Medicine Smoke!
new
Her Magic!
Sun Flower's!

I see!

I see a question in Her Eye's
this W
arrior from afar
My
Sister from another place
with Eye's that sparkle -
like the Star's
I see the struggle in Her Soul
And the Scar's of long ago
Her Tear's that feel like -
pound's of stone
And hurt so just to flow
I see Her asking in H
er gaze
Are you the voice I seek
Set my Brother for a time
will you listen as I speak
I see Her start to hesitate
And so I'll take Her hand
I am a Friend above all else
so never fear I'll understand
I see a Child trapped by shame
A Child whom had no choice
It's time to free that little girl
And yes to free -
that inner voice....

Every Creature!

I Tip Toe -
with a Cat like stelth
where My Enchantress dwells
She's perched there humming -
Her little Chants
each Melody casting -
Her Magic Spell's

II
Every Creature -
big or small
they seem to know Her there
For She is One -
with Mother Earth
Or is it She -
in perfect Truth
in Maiden form -
with me to share

III
A Nursing Wolf Pup -
at Her Breast
it's Mother Slain by Man
Can it be -
this is a dream
or Visions shown -
as Mother's plan....

The Medicine Hat!

Hear the echo's through the Canyon's
they thunder like Warrior's Drum's
The Band is led by The Medicine Hat
A Mystic Stallion on the Run
They say that He's a Magic Beast
with eye's that blaze like fire
He knows each nook and cranny there
this bold and massive Sire
His Mare's and Foal's so quick to bold
for He's always on alert
He can smell a Mountain Lion
or hear a Rattler in the dirt....

The Medicine Smoke

The Medicine Smoke was rising
swirling to the Sky
Enjoining the Elder's Spirit's there
high above where Eagle's fly
We hear the Thunder of their Drum's
As Warrior's Song's are sang
Enfolding warmth of Medicine Fire's
with licking flame's, and TomTom bangs
I see my Brother's and Sister's there
whose Prayer's are joined as one
Though yes now many Moon's ago
but still today its Blessing's come....

Her Magic!

Have you ever counted Rainbow's
after a fresh spring r
ain
and other of Mother Natures work's
that no word's could explain

Have you ever heard the whisper's
as the wind blows -
through the Pine's
and stired the Poet deep
within
and felt Her Magic in your line's

Have you ever seen a Mustang run
so massive, wild and free
and whispered softly to yourself
God I wish that that was me

Have you stood upon a mountain top
where you see for mile's and mile's
and pulled your lover -
close to you
and simply lain there for awhile....

Sun Flower's

All the Beauty of these flower's
would look best with your smile's
so I'll return them with a kiss
on wing's of joy acrossed the mile's

Sun Flower's grow most anywhere
a gift from Mother Earth
such are blessing's She bestow's
much the same as giving birth

Few take time to recognize though
their more than simple flower's
their a food for man and beast
with all their many special power's
