The Great Sioux Nation
My
name is Elroy Wabasha and I am being held in the Knox County jail
located at Center, Nebraska, for armed robbery. .
I do dispute is the jurisdiction of the state of Nebraska and federal
government over my Dakota, Nakota and Lakota national homelands
or territories.
A
robbery occurred on my people's land, against my people's owned
business.
The federal and state jurisdiction is and has been illegal and in
direct violation of
the Article Six of the U.S. Constitution, the 1868 Treaty. and International
Law.
Article
Six (2) states: The constitution and the law of the United States,
which shall made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or
which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall
be the supreme Law of the land; and the judges in every state shall
be bound thereby, anything in the constitution or Laws of any state
to the contrary notwithstanding! Following that paragraph and its
profound language is an oath supporting Art. Six in its entirety.
Based
on Article Six and the 1868 Treaty, The President or Congress had
any constitutional authority to pass the major crimes act, the act
breaking up our 1868 Treaty national homelands, or any acts against
the treaties.
Article
Six defined the extent of three branches of government power. Specifically,
within that context of treaties the judges in every state has constitutional
authority stronger and higher than the President and Congress. That
authority the judges were proscribed only specified for upholding
of treaties and nothing more. The government and its states have
historically and contemporarily violated the constitution and solemn
oath to their judo/ Christian God. The violations and crimes committed
against the treaty nations constitute grounds for war crimes and
criminal charges.
I
am challenging the treaty nations to unite in one petition to restore
and seize back our political territorial sovereignty and independence
based on United Nations international laws, 1868 treaty, and Article
Six of the U. S. Constitution. The U. S. Supreme Court will either
affirm our nation rights or witness our treaty nations petition
the UN Security Council to impose sanctions on the US government.
Should the court recognize its own God and morally and legally affirm
our nation rights, then the Federal and State governments must release
all of our people out of their prisons, adult and juvenile.
On
the top of that list Leonard Peltier must be unconditionally released.
In
conclusion, my defense committee urges those treaty nations to hold
council to unite in one petition. My spiritual advisor on this committee
is Chief Leonard Crow Dog . I can be reached for a limited time
at PO Box 142, Center, NE 68724-0142
