Bible humping intolerants March 24, 2004 I 'have been trying to compose a very important bit of text that I hope that Ms Drees will agree to put on a web site of World Wide Friends. As a community we have fallen under the persecutory efforts of the "Bible humping intolerants" who work in Texas prisons. On December 17th 2003 the day we were afforded to commemorate the victims of the 1890 Wounded Knee massacre. As we were concluding the Pipe ceremony one of the security staff a Sgt informed us that the midday security count wasn't clearing the entire unit was being locked up to facilitate a comprehensive and expedient census. As we were concluding ceremony we asked for and received extra time to satisfy the edicts of ceremonial protocol. Approximately 2/3 minutes after a female guard who hates us because we don't pursue the same path as she- and the majority of the Wasicu's in this fascist system, state and country does, started screaming and in the interim wrote me up. Even though there were more than 50 prisoners present only the 34 participants in Pipe were subjected to disciplinary sanction. I mention this as we were left about 15 prisoners in this building where the female guard works-a gymnasium, but none of these 15 other prisoners were cited for a disciplinary infraction. The real issue is personal as she has been granted, with a group of obese women, permission use the gym to conduct aerobic exercise during their lunch (30 minutes) break. This was arbitrarily expanded by these women to an hour and it was on the time clock. When one of the members of the Native community asked her how she justified such an illegal practice the proverbial "shit" hit the fan, and it got on all of us. The Texas slave master mentality is prevalent not only in the prison system, but through out the social order as a whole. So as we seek redress for ourselves and the approximately 1000 other "injuns" in the Texas prison system we have filed grievances with the pigs on the unit level and regional (state level) but they refuse to even seriously consider-let alone investigate this situation because we are poor and can't secure legal presentation an attorney to present our case in federal courts. That's how the pigs get away with so many human right violations in the prisons of Amerikkka. Prisoners are unable to secure the adequate legal presentation necessary to ameliorate the criminal inhumanity so very prevalent in US prisons today. There is not attempt to reinforce even an inkling of humanity in here. The world of prison is truly a perfect example of survival of the strong-so much for the highly touted concept of civilized social equality. Then all of those social lemmings out there in 'utopia" wonder why so many anti social monsters are coming out of prison today. We have no skills, either interpersonal social, or economical marketable.. in fact the only skills we can rely on with any expectation of "success" are the skills that have gotten us through this Darwinistic nightmare.(They also did cut the hear of the brothers
